SPA-MART Rewards Loyalty Program

As our customer, you are very appreciated. As a regular repeat customer, there are hardly words to describe how we feel about you. In that vain and hopefully, in an attempt to turn all of our customers into future regular repeat customers, America's SPA-MART is pleased present our SPA-MART Rewards Loyalty Program.

Currently on most products, the rewards equate to a 2% discount on future purchases. In addition to your business, we also value your opinion and your followership of our social media outlets and reward you accordingly.

Details of our SPA-MART Rewards Loyalty Programwill always be posted here on this page. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the program at any time. Any changes will be posted here.

How The Program Works

Customers are rewarded with points for purchases and select participation in our product reviews, joining us on social media and opting-in to our marketing communications. Each point may then be used on a future purchase from SPA-MART.com at the valuation of 100 points equals $1. Points have no cash-value and may only be used to pay for future merchandise orders from us.

Customers earn 2 points for every eligible dollar spent on merchandise purchased through our webstore at SPA-MART.com. Points are not earned on tax and shipping charges. Phone and mail-in orders may not be eligible for points accrual. Services sold or marketed by SPA-MART are also not eligible for points accrual. Points are only earned on products that have been shipped. Returned products will have their respective points removed from the customer's account.

Customers may earn up to 1000 points by reviewing products that they have purchased from us. Each review will be worth 250 points that will be deposited into your account upon completion of the review. We reserve the right to cancel any review points award for reviews that do not meet our editorial guidelines or for products the customer has never purchased from us. Customers may review as many items as they wish, but will only be rewarded for their first four reviews for a total of 1000 points.

Program Conditions of Use Overview

  • Reward Points are only available to registered SPA-MART.com account holders.
  • Reward points can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only validated at SPA-MART.com.
  • Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between member's or accounts.
  • Reward Points are non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
  • Reward Points will be removed for any canceled order. If you place an order and the order has been completed and you canceled the order, you will NOT receive points associated on the canceled order.
  • Any returned items that points have been accumulated will be removed.
  • When buying with points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your SPA-MART Rewards account to cover the cost of your purchase.
  • When calculating the amount of points earned, shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
  • We reserve the right to alter, make changes to this policy, or cancel the program at any time without prior notice or liability.
  • In the unlikely event of cancellation of the SPA-MART Rewards program, customers will have 45 days to use their points before they expire.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a maximum number of points that I may accrue?
No.

Can I pay for my entire order with points?
Yes. If you have enough points to cover your entire purchase, further payment is obviously not required. There is no limit to how much of the order you may pay for with points.

Do my points expire?
Yes, but only if we don't see you for a long time. All points in an account will expire after 365 days of inactivity. Activity is defined as both earning and spending points.

SPA-MART Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

THIS AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CONTAINS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO THE SPA-MART REWARDS PROGRAM. (THE “PROGRAM”) BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO THE USE AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROGRAM AND, SPECIFICALLY, TO ALL ASPECTS OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.

  1. GENERAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
    1. Eligibility. The Program is open to an individual only if he or she has created a valid customer account at SPA-MART.com. Acceptance of this Agreement, and any subsequent modification thereof, is an ongoing condition of participation in the Program.
    2. Reward Points. Under the Program, a Member may earn points based solely on products that the Member purchases and registers through the SPA-MART.com web site, as further set forth below (“Reward Points”). Reward Points will be awarded once for each qualifying product purchased and shipped. Members may also earn points through participation in SPA-MART.com product reviews, polls, social media outlets, and opting into our marketing communications. Points may be awarded automatically upon completion of a participation event (i.e. a product review) or manually in the case of social media follows, etc.
    3. Value of Reward Points. A Member will receive discounts off the purchase of products on SPA-MART.com based on the number of Reward Points that the Member accumulates within a 12-month period.
  2. EARNING REWARD POINTS
    1. Purchases Through SPA-MART.com. Reward Points will be awarded automatically to a Member for a qualifying purchase made by the Member through the SPA-MART.com web site.
    2. Participation on SPA-MART.com. Members may also earn points through participation in SPA-MART.com product reviews, polls, social media outlets, and opting into our marketing communications. Points may be awarded automatically upon completion of a participation event (i.e. a product review) or manually in the case of social media follows, etc.
    3. Number of Reward Points Awarded. The number of Reward Points awarded for purchases will be equal to the number of points assigned per dollar on the SPA-MART web site on the purchase date. The number of Reward Points assigned per purchase dollar are set forth on the SPA-MART.com web site and communicated on this page. The number of points for participation activites on SPA-MART.com and in our social media outlets are as follows:
      1. Product Purchases: 2 points per 1 USD spent
      2. Product Review: 250 points (maximum 4 reviews will earn points for a total of 1000 points)
    4. Expiration of Reward Points. Reward Points expire 365 days after the date of the Member’s purchase or point-earning activity on www.SPA-MART.com, or 45 days upon termination of the Program, whichever is sooner.
    5. Disqualification, Membership Cancelation and Reward Points Forfeiture. SPA-MART reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void or cancel a Member's entire Reward Points and/or SPA-MART.com membership account if any Reward Points in the Member's account are issued, received or redeemed through fraud or theft or otherwise illegally or not as authorized in this Agreement or in other current Program rules.
    6. Consumer Purchases Only. The Program (both for participation and earning Reward Points) is limited to consumer purchases only. Other purchases (e.g. business, institutional) do not qualify.
  3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    PARTICIPATION IN THE REWARDS PROGRAM IS VOLUNTARY AND AT MEMBER’S OWN RISK. SONSHINE COVERS, INC. D.B.A. AMERICA'S SPA-MART SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE SPA-MART.COM OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR REVENUE, ECONOMIC LOSS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THIS PROGRAM OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED OR INTENDED TO BE OBTAINED THEREUNDER, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF SUBSTITUTE OR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES OR SERVICE, DOWN TIME, MEMBER’S TIME, THE CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES AND INJURY TO PROPERTY OR PERSON, REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR STRICT LIABILITY, AND EVEN IF THE OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE.
  4. GOVERNING LAW
    THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU THE MEMBER CONSENT AND SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN OHIO.
  5. MODIFICATIONS.
    Offers are subject to change without notice or obligation. SPA-MART reserves the right to change, limit or terminate this Agreement, offers, benefits, eligibility or other features of the Program without prior notice at any time. Interpretation of all program rules will be made solely by SPA-MART and shall be final.
