America's SPA-MART is a new venture from Independent Industries, Inc., a pioneer in the spa and hot tub industry. Since 1983, we have been been known for our quality and innovation for things such as introducing reflective bottom material to the spa cover market. Our ownership and management team has an average of 20 years experience in the field.
Launched in April 2007, we designed America's SPA-MART from the ground up with one thing in mind: Offering our customers the best experience possible. From initial product selection to well after the sale, our goal is to create a place where spa owners can find great products at great prices and have a pleasurable experience while doing it. - Educational Features
We know that things like proper water chemistry and selecting a new spa cover can be daunting so we've put together some educational items to get you started.
- My Account Access
When you create an account at America's SPA-MART, you'll be able to store your billing and shipping information so you'll only have to update it when it changes. By logging in you will have access to real-time order tracking in the Order History and a new button will show up on all of the product pages: the Make Favorite button. Adding a favorite item that you would like to re-order is as easy as logging in and clicking Make Favorite.
- Order History featuring real-time order tracking
Once your order is placed, it's details are immediately available to you in your Order History. Through this console, our system will update the status of your order and post shipment tracking information when it's available. You can click on the tracking number and automatically track the shipment at the carrier's website. Also available in the Order History details is the ability to reorder a product right from the Order History Details page.
- My Favorite Products
Ever forget the name of that product you always seem to be buying or want to keep track of a product that you might buy later? Well, our Favorite Products feature allows you to create a registry of your favorite items at America's SPA-MART. You can even send emails to all of your friends when it's time for them to buy you stuff. If you choose to, you can make your Favorites public like a gift registry and have your friends and family search for it by your name.
- Email Newsletter
We know you get a lot of email, but trust us, you'll want this newsletter. Each issue will feature informative articles, time-saving tips and most importantly, money-saving coupons that can be used in our online store.

If you don't like what you ordered and it's in resellable condition, you may return it. You only pay for the shipping. Spa covers and cover lifters have minor restocking fees.
- Your Privacy Is Guaranteed
We don't rent or sell our customer list. Because we use professional email campaign services like Constant Contact and its SafeUnsubscribe when sending out communications, you may opt-out of our mailings at anytime.
- Your Security Is Guaranteed
Transactions are encrypted and placed via a secure 256-bit server link to our payment gateway. Our secure site partner, XRamp SSL, has bonded us with a $100,000 identification guarantee. We do not store your credit card information so it cannot be stolen from our servers. In the extremely unlikely event that fraudulent charges are made due to a problem on our systems, we will cover the amount your bank holds you liable for under the Fair Credit Billing Act.
